This comes with a removable, beaded embellishment. 

Lap-lap style skirt with in-built pant attached. Pant can not be removed as they are sewn together. Non elastic bottom. Lace-up only.

Can be worn in water, but designed primarily as a costume/festival piece. Texture will change if you swim in it.
